Pumps for construction

Fluimac pumps provide fast, economical and reliable fluid transfer on the construction site. They handle abrasive materials and slurry with suspended solids such as stones or metal objects.

Use of Fluimac pumps

Phoenix air-operated diaphragm pumps need no electricity, run dry and are self-priming – ideal for dewatering excavations and pits. Flap Phoenix with flap valves passes solids up to ~45 mm, and Helios peristaltic pumps transfer abrasive and thick products such as cement grouts and bentonite without valve wear.

Advantages

  • Solids: Slurry, sludge and fluids with stones without clogging.
  • Dry running: No damage when the suction line is empty.
  • No electricity: Pneumatic drive – safe in wet environments.
  • Robust design: Aluminium and stainless steel for harsh conditions.

Suitable Fluimac pumps

Phoenix air-operated diaphragm pump

Phoenix

Air-operated double diaphragm pumps with a body in PP, PVDF, POMc, aluminium or AISI 316 stainless steel. They run dry, self-prime up to 6 m and transfer viscous, abrasive and aggressive fluids and fluids with solids.
