Phoenix Food diaphragm pumps for food

Double diaphragm air-operated pumps made specifically for fluids in the pharmaceutical and food industries: beverages (soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, spirits, additives) and foods: purées, porridges, jellies, powders, liquid foods, and all kinds of chemical substances in pharmaceuticals – chemicals, food supplements, dosage forms, etc. The pumps are made of high-grade electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel. For use in clean production, their process connection is a clamp connection. They hold the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) certificate. They also hold the following certificate for use in explosive atmospheres:

- ATEX zone 2: II 3/3 G Ex h IIC T4 Gc (PF20 – PF120), II 3/3 G Ex h IIB T4 Gc (PF170 – PF1000), II 3 D Ex h IIIB T135°C Dc X

Their flow rate ranges from 20 l/min to 1050 l/min. The head depends on the pressure of the compressed air that drives the pump.
