Helios ASP IX
Fluimac Helios ASP IX is a high-pressure peristaltic pump with flow regulation by gearmotor and inverter. It is designed for industrial pumping of large volumes of thick or corrosive liquids in harsh conditions, including in the food industry. It is easy to maintain. The pump has no mechanical seals, which reduces the risk of contamination and cuts maintenance time and costs. It reaches a flow rate of up to 25,000 l/h, a pressure of up to 10 bar, a viscosity of up to 60,000 cps and a suction lift of up to 8 m. See all pumps in the series Helios ASP. Technical documentation
Peristaltic pumps work on the principle of peristalsis: the rollers (or shoes) of the rotor squeeze a flexible hose, and their movement pushes the liquid forward while the hose behind them recovers and draws in more liquid. The liquid touches only the inside of the hose – there are no valves or mechanical seals, so there is no risk of leakage or of contaminating the product. We select the hose size and material, motor, dimensional drawing and order code of the Helios ASP IX according to the application – contact us.
