Helios ATR FX/TD
Fluimac Helios ATR FX/TD is a high-flow peristaltic pump with fixed flow rate. It combines high performance, long service life and easy maintenance and is designed for industrial pumping of viscous and aggressive liquids. The pump has no mechanical seals, which eliminates the risk of leakage and reduces maintenance, allowing continuous operation even in harsh conditions. Peristaltic pumps work on the principle of peristalsis: the rollers (or shoes) of the rotor squeeze a flexible hose, and their movement pushes the liquid forward while the hose behind them recovers and draws in more liquid. The liquid touches only the inside of the hose – there are no valves or mechanical seals, so there is no risk of leakage or of contaminating the product.
