Typhoon TY6
Fluimac Typhoon TY6 is a vertical plastic centrifugal pump for fixed installation, submerged directly in the tank. It is designed for fast tank emptying and for recirculation of aggressive and contaminated liquids with a viscosity of up to 100 cps, including liquids with small suspended solids. The electric motor drives the shaft and the semi-open impeller through a Fluimac flexible coupling, which absorbs peak loads and torsional vibrations. The pump reaches a flow rate of up to 6 m³/h and a head of up to 8 m and is available in lengths of 250, 500, 800 and 1000 mm. It is supplied with a 50 Hz 2-pole electric motor (2900 rpm).
